Our helicopter parking is located on the southeast corner of the event site on airside. We have a volunteer team to assist with arrival, departure, and shuttleing you to the Pilot Welcome Center to register for event credentials and to pick up your official “I flew into SUN ‘n FUN” hat, and pilot swag bag. You will then be picked up by the Choppertown Express!

Helicopter Pilot Shuttle Presented by The American Helicopter Company
Helicopter pilots flying into SUN ’n FUN this year will have a brand-new way to get around the show thanks to the Choppertown Express, the official Helicopter Pilot Shuttle presented by The American Helicopter Company.
The Choppertown Express will provide convenient transportation for helicopter pilots from the Pilot Welcome Center directly into Show Center, making it easier than ever to get from your aircraft to the heart of the action.
A designated pickup and drop-off location near Show Center will allow pilots to quickly access exhibits, events, and activities across the Expo.
When it’s time to head back to your aircraft, simply call the dedicated Choppertown Express number you will recieve when you’re picked up, and the shuttle will take you straight to your helicopter when you’re ready to depart for the day.
This new service is designed to make the SUN ’n FUN experience more convenient, more efficient, and more enjoyable for the many helicopter pilots who fly in each year.

Rotorcraft pilots will be in close proximity to The Island! Make sure to drop by and enjoy the refreshments, entertainment, and presentations throughout the day and into the evening. This area will also provide support services like the Pilot Welcome Center, camp store, ticket sales, shower houses, Rideshare and Publix Instacart grocery delivery.
Don’t forget to inquire about aircraft judging. You must have your aircraft judging registration completed by noon on Friday.
Complimentary tram service will be provided in all areas of the event site, including airside. We are increasing our tram service options on airside, so getting to where you want to be should not be a problem, special tram services will be provided to the Island.
If you have guests driving in to join you, auto parking and ticket sales are now available on the southeast side of the convention site. This will provide guests the ability to purchase entry and gain immediate airside access near the east end of the airport and near aircraft parking and camping areas. Transportation will also be provided. Note: Vehicles are not permitted on airside and must park support vehicles in one of our auto parking areas, Lot 1 (main entrance) or Lot 3 (east entrance).
