Bringing Your Vintage Aircraft to SUN ’n FUN?
Fly your Vintage aircraft to SUN ’n FUN and join fellow owners, pilots and aviation enthusiasts in the designated Vintage aircraft area.
Vintage Parking and Aircraft Camping are available for qualifying Antique, Classic and Contemporary aircraft. Advance registration is not required.
Vintage Aircraft Eligibility
Aircraft eligible for Vintage Parking and Camping fall within the following categories:
- Antique — Constructed on or before August 31, 1945
- Classic — Constructed between September 1, 1945, and December 31, 1955
- Contemporary — Constructed between January 1, 1956, and December 31, 1970
Parking Your Vintage Aircraft
Qualifying Vintage aircraft may park within the designated Vintage aircraft area.
Advance registration is not required. Upon arrival, complete your Vintage event registration at the Vintage Hospitality Building, located just west of Vintage parking.
When arriving for aircraft parking, use the following placard:
VINTAGE AIRCRAFT PARKING — VAP
Review the current NOTAM and SUN ’n FUN aircraft parking-sign requirements before your flight so ground personnel can direct you to the appropriate area after landing.
Camping With Your Vintage Aircraft
Planning to stay with your aircraft?
Aircraft camping is available within the designated Vintage area. Advance registration is not required; complete your camping registration after arrival at the Vintage Hospitality Building, located just west of Vintage parking.
When arriving for aircraft camping, use the following placard:
VINTAGE AIRCRAFT CAMPING — VAC
Review Aircraft Camping for current rates, early-arrival information, universal aircraft-camping rules and available amenities.

Vintage Showcase
Have a special Vintage aircraft you’d like to share with SUN ’n FUN guests? The Vintage Showcase gives participating aircraft owners an opportunity to highlight their aircraft during the Expo.
Vintage Showcase participation is optional and is separate from Vintage aircraft parking and camping registration. You do not need to participate in the Vintage Showcase to park or camp in the Vintage aircraft area.
