SUN ’n FUN is committed to providing an accessible and enjoyable experience for all guests. Accessible parking, camping, transportation, mobility services and facilities are available throughout the Expo.

Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available in the north section of the Main General Auto Parking Lot, adjacent to Preferred Parking.
- Available on a first-come, first-served basis
- A valid state-issued accessible parking placard or permit is required
- Standard General Parking rates apply
- Accessible transportation is available from designated parking areas to the Expo entrance

Accessible Camping
Accessible Dry Camping is available for guests who need accommodations such as proximity to accessible restrooms, showers or transportation. A limited number of sites also provide electrical access for approved medical-device needs.
Electrical access is an accessibility accommodation for medical-device use and is not a general campsite hookup.
Accessible campsites are limited and require an advance application. If all sites have been assigned, guests may join the Accessible Camping Waitlist and will be contacted in the order requests were received as sites become available.
Standard Dry Camping remains available while guests are on the waitlist, and Guest Services can assist with reasonable accessibility accommodations where available.

Getting Around the Expo
Accessible Transportation
Accessible transportation is available to help guests with mobility needs navigate designated areas of the Expo.
Accessible tram assistance may be requested at the Tram Depot located at James C. Ray Drive and SUN ’n FUN Drive.
Availability may be limited during peak periods, so please allow additional time when traveling throughout the grounds.

Mobility Devices & Rentals
Guests with disabilities may use wheelchairs, single-rider Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs) and other permitted mobility devices throughout the Expo.
For everyone’s safety:
- Mobility devices should be operated at approximately walking speed.
- Devices designed for a single rider may carry only one person.
- Some areas of the Expo include grass, gravel or other uneven surfaces, which may be more difficult to navigate.
Mobility Device Rentals
Mobility devices are available for rent through Scootaround near Main Registration.

Other Mobility Devices
Certain vehicles and recreational devices—including golf carts, motorcycles, motorbikes, mopeds, hoverboards, bicycles and ATVs—are not permitted for general mobility use within the Expo grounds.
Service Animals
SUN ’n FUN welcomes service animals in accordance with applicable accessibility requirements.
A service animal is a dog individually trained to perform work or tasks for a person with a disability.
Emotional support, comfort and companion animals are not considered service animals and are not permitted inside the Expo site.
Pets and other animals may be permitted within designated campground areas and are subject to SUN ’n FUN campground rules.
Arriving by Aircraft
Accessible aircraft parking and camping options are available for pilots and passengers arriving by aircraft.
Pilots requesting accessible aircraft parking or camping should display a HANDICAP AIRCRAFT PARKING or HANDICAP AIRCRAFT CAMPING sign upon arrival. This allows ground personnel to direct you to the appropriate accessible area for parking or camping.
