Dry Camping
Bring your RV or tent and stay in the SUN ’n FUN campground.
Dry Camping sites do not include individual water or electric hookups. Shared campground amenities and services are available throughout the camping areas.
24-Hour Generator Camping
Need to run your generator overnight?
Designated 24-Hour Generator Camping is available for guests who need generator use outside standard campground hours, available on a first come, first served basis.
Premium Camping
Looking for the convenience of hookups during your stay? Premium Camping is available in Rocky Road and Charlie Bravo, with water and electric hookups provided at each campsite. Premium campsites are limited and require an advance reservation through the SUN ’n FUN Camping Portal.

Aircraft Camping
Flying your aircraft to SUN ’n FUN? Aircraft camping is available in designated areas throughout the airfield.

Arriving & Camper Registration
All RV and tent campers must check in through Camper Registration before entering the campground.
Campsite Vehicle Passes
Each campsite purchase includes one vehicle pass for the duration of your stay.
If your party will have more than one vehicle, an additional vehicle parking pass must be purchased upon arrival at Camper Registration. Additional vehicles must remain parked at Camper Registration for the duration of the event and are not permitted to park at the campsite.

Arriving Early
Campers arriving before regular Camper Registration operations begin should follow the designated Early Arrival check-in procedures. All campers must purchase camping for each night from their arrival date through April 11, 2027.

- Standard dry sites: $44/day + tax (on-site purchase from date of arrival-conclusion of event)
- Rocky Road sites: Starting at $100/day + tax (online advanced purchase only beginning January 26, 2027)

Arriving Between Midnight and 6 AM
Campground access through Hamilton Road is closed between midnight and 6 AM.
Registered campers returning to the campground during these hours should use the Rocky Road entrance.
New campers who have not yet completed Camper Registration must check in before entering the campground.
Campground Amenities
Dry Camping does not include individual campsite hookups, but shared amenities and services are available throughout the campground.
Showers & Restrooms
Shower facilities, restrooms and portable toilets are available throughout designated campground areas.
Water
Potable water is available at shared locations throughout the campground.
Individual water hookups are available only with Premium Camping.
Waste & Pump-Out Services
Dump stations and waste services are available for campers. Pump-out services may also be available during the event.
Camp Store
Forgot something? The Camp Store offers camping essentials and other supplies during the Expo.
Food & Beverage
Food and beverage options are available throughout the SUN ’n FUN grounds and campground areas.

Rental RV Deliveries
Having a rental RV delivered to SUN ’n FUN? Rental companies must have the camper’s name and required reservation/ticket information to access the campground for delivery unless the camper is present to meet the delivery.
Coordinate delivery details with your rental provider before arrival.

Camping with Pets
Pets are permitted in the campground but must remain leashed and under control at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Pets are not permitted inside the Expo/convention site.
Service animals are handled separately in accordance with applicable accessibility requirements.

Campground Rules
To help provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all campers must follow SUN ’n FUN campground rules.
- All campers must have the appropriate camping permit and SUN ’n FUN General Admission wristband.
- Camping permits must be properly displayed as required.
- Dry Camping does not include individual water or electric hookups.
- Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
- Generators may operate from 7 AM–10 PM in Dry Camping areas.
- Generators may operate around the clock only in designated 24-Hour Generator Camping areas.
- RV and vehicle movement within campground areas are restricted after dark.
- Approved grills must comply with current campground and fire-safety requirements.
- Pets must remain leashed and under control, and owners must clean up after them.
- Pets are not permitted inside the Expo/convention site.
- Campers must comply with all posted vehicle, bicycle and personal transportation rules.
- Campsites, RVs and equipment must remain within the space designated for the camping option purchased.
- Rigs over 45’ must purchase two adjacent sites.
- Each campsite includes one vehicle pass. Additional vehicles require a separate parking pass and must remain parked at Camper Registration.
- Additional rules or temporary restrictions may be implemented when required for safety, weather or operational conditions.
Accessible Camping
Accessible Dry Camping is available for guests who require accessibility accommodations. Sites are limited and require an advanced application.
A limited number of sites provide electrical access for approved medical-device needs.
