Stay for the Basecamp Experience 

The flying may bring you to Basecamp, but there’s plenty of reason to stick around. 

Wednesday Jambalaya Night 

Pull up a seat and join the Basecamp community Wednesday beginning at 4 PM for a SUN ’n FUN tradition featuring Cajun jambalaya, aviation and plenty of camaraderie. 

Come hungry—it’s served until it’s gone! 

Pickin’ & Grinnin’ 

When the day’s flying winds down, the music starts. 

Grab an instrument—or just grab a seat—and join the nightly acoustic jam under the stars. Pickin’ & Grinnin’ brings pilots, campers and guests together for a laid-back evening of music and community.

Craft Beer & Community 

Grab a craft beer, swap stories with fellow aviation enthusiasts and settle into the relaxed Basecamp atmosphere. 

Participating craft breweries will be announced as they are confirmed.

Bringing a STOL or backcountry aircraft to SUN ’n FUN? 

Dedicated aircraft parking and underwing camping are available at STOL Basecamp. Space is limited and advance registration is required. 

Visit Arrive by Air for registration, aircraft arrival procedures, parking, camping and other pilot information.
