The 2027 SUN ’n FUN Aerospace Expo takes place April 6–11, 2027.

Where is SUN ’n FUN?
SUN ’n FUN takes place at the SUN ’n FUN Expo Campus in Lakeland, Florida.
Driving to the event? Your best arrival location depends on where you plan to park.

Use the SUN ’n FUN Daily Schedule to find airshows, forums, workshops, family activities, entertainment and more throughout the week.

Where can I buy tickets?
General Admission tickets may be purchased online in advance or onsite during the event.

Why did I receive only one QR code?
Multiple purchases may be consolidated under a single QR code. Your purchase information will be accessed when the QR code is scanned onsite.

Do children need tickets?
Children 12 and under are admitted free. Youth ages 13–17 may purchase a youth admission ticket.

Does camping include General Admission?
No. Beginning in 2027, General Admission is not included with any camping purchase and must be purchased separately for each guest.

Where should I park?
General parking is available at the Main Entrance – Lot 1 and East Entrance – Lot 3
Preferred Parking is also available near Main Registration on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I park an RV if I’m not camping?
Yes. RVs visiting SUN ’n FUN for the day may use the general auto parking areas.
Overnight camping is not permitted in auto parking areas.

VIEW CAMPING ARRIVAL INFORMATION
I’m flying my aircraft to SUN ’n FUN. Where do I find arrival information?

What Can I Bring?
Can I bring a backpack or bag?
Yes. Guests may bring bags into the Expo. Bags may be subject to security screening upon entry.
Can I bring a refillable water bottle?
Yes. Personal refillable water bottles are permitted.
Can I bring outside food, beverages or a cooler?
Outside food, beverages and coolers are not permitted inside the Expo site, except when required for medical purposes.
Campers may keep personal food, beverages and coolers within designated camping areas.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are permitted in designated campground areas but are not permitted inside the Expo site.
Pets in the campground must remain leashed and under control, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.

Can I bring my mobility device?
Wheelchairs, single-rider electric mobility devices and other mobility aids used by guests with disabilities are permitted in accordance with SUN ’n FUN accessibility policies.

What items are prohibited?
For the safety of our guests, participants and staff, the following items are prohibited on the SUN ’n FUN Expo Campus unless otherwise noted:
- Skates & Personal Transportation Devices: Roller skates, rollerblades, skateboards, Razor-style scooters, hoverboards, Segways and similar recreational or self-propelled devices are prohibited.
- E-Bikes & High-Seat Trikes: E-bikes and high-seat trikes are prohibited.
- Bicycles: Bicycles are permitted only within designated campground areas and are not permitted airside before, during or after Expo hours.
- Unauthorized Vehicles: Unauthorized or uncredentialed vehicles are prohibited.
- Weapons: Weapons are prohibited except as permitted under SUN ’n FUN policy and applicable Florida law.
[Operations/legal review required before publication.] - Fireworks & Explosives: Fireworks, explosives, explosive devices, destructive devices and flammable materials are prohibited.
- Illegal Substances: Illegal drugs and substances are prohibited.
- Remote-Controlled Devices: Drones, remote-controlled aircraft, vehicles and other remotely operated devices are prohibited.
- Alcohol: Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Alcohol purchased or provided within designated SUN ’n FUN areas must remain within permitted areas.
- Oversized Bags: Oversized backpacks and bags are prohibited.
- Outside Food & Beverages: Outside food and beverages are prohibited within the Expo site, except when required for medical purposes. Campers may keep personal food and beverages within designated camping areas.
- Coolers: Coolers are not permitted within the Expo site. Campers may keep coolers within designated RV or aircraft camping areas.
Security Screening
For the safety of everyone onsite, all guests, vehicles and personal belongings are subject to security screening. Bags, coolers and other personal items may be inspected at any time.
Prohibited items brought to the SUN ’n FUN Expo Campus remain the responsibility of the individual who brought them. SUN ’n FUN is not responsible for the storage or safekeeping of prohibited items.

Guests who require another type of power-driven mobility device should review our Accessibility information before arriving.

Are service animals allowed?
Service animals are handled separately from pets in accordance with applicable accessibility requirements.
