The FUTURE ‘n FLIGHT PLAZA will be the SUN ‘n FUN headquarters for aspiring aviators of all ages! Formerly South East Exhibits, this area has been re-imagined and is the place for youth activities, aviation careers and new tech in aviation. We also added a Family Oasis for families and the International Oasis for our friends from all over the world. You won’t miss this new area just north of the Main Entrance.
Junior Aces Youth Activities

Whether you aspire to be a pilot, mechanic, dispatcher, drone pilot, engineer, astronaut, airport developer or an airport manager, your dreams are possible. Explore all the aerospace industry has to offer through our specially designed Junior ACE youth STEM activities at our 50th SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo.
BECOME A JUNIOR ACE! Here’s how:
- Get your Junior ACE lanyard at Main Registration OR East Registration
- Grab a map and locate Junior ACE activities.
- Receive a sticker for each completed activity and place them in the boxes on the back.
- Once you complete 10 activities receive your reward at any Junior ACES location.

Flight Sim Experience

Looking to leverage home flight simulation for personal or professional applications? Maybe you’ve heard about how flight simulation can help stay proficient between flights, or even add hours to your logbook. Or, perhaps you’d like to get into the ‘next best thing’.
Visit the Flight Simulation Experience Center, presented by the organizers of FlightSimExpo, for free, hands-on demonstrations of how flight simulation from the comfort of home can be used for training, proficiency, and fun. We’re located in the FUTURE ‘n FLIGHT PLAZA, right next to the Junior Aces.
Participating organizations and exhibitors include Dogfight Dynamics, Flight Velocity, FS Academy, Jetline Systems, MSI Computers, Propwash Simulation, SimFab, Thrustmaster, X-Plane, Yaw VR, and many more.
International Oasis is Back!
International Oasis invites visitors, vendors and volunteers from over 80 countries to check in, find someone who speaks their language, and have their event questions answered. Register your home country and have your attendance added to our event statistics. The country with the most registered attendees in 2024 will have its native flag flown proudly at the front entrance of the International Oasis tent in 2025!
Family Oasis
Just a need a break? Family Oasis is located in the heart of our NEW Future ‘n Flight area, an oasis for young families complete with comfort stations, nursing areas, and an escape from the sun. Included with daily admission. Open 9 AM-4 PM daily.
Kids Club at the Family Oasis
You can enjoy the SUN ‘n FUN nightlife while your kid(s) are engaged in a fun-filled night of their own! Every night is themed to the activities happening at the show, so you and your child(ren) can share your experiences. Each ticket includes child care, dinner, snacks, and activities.
