Aerovolare Engines combine lightweight construction with exceptional horsepower, fuel efficiency, and cutting-edge technology. They are designed for high performance to meet the demanding needs of pilots and aircraft builders alike. With 300 HP Naturally aspirated to 350-500 HP engines (changing boost pressure of turbos).
Featured Engines at Sun 'n Fun 2025
We are offering 2 versions turbo and non turbo. Turbo 300 hp systems deliver 10-15% improved fuel efficiency compared to traditional turbo engines. Non-turbo 300 hp versions boast a flawless track record with no incidents. Optimized fuel consumption with advanced electronic injection systems. Designed for extreme endurance with minimal maintenance requirements. Lightweight composite construction for enhanced performance-to-weight ratio. Compatibility with alternative fuels, including biofuels and unleaded aviation gas (UL91). All in with all accessories and everything – 477 lbs mounted. Add a turbo with 2 lbs boost (good up to 25,000 ft) and get 350 HP. Up the boat to 4 or 6 lbs and get 450 and 500 HP versions (with lower ceiling limits) all for under 550 lbs total mounted weight. V8 versions are also available for 20% more HP.

Pricing
Non-turbo options are priced at $29,700 while the turbo option is $39,700. Your purchase is protected by our warranty programs. Aerovolare Engines' limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as defined in the corresponding warranty terms and conditions for new or rebuilt engines and replacement parts. 1 year or 250 miles, whichever comes first.
