SUN ‘n FUN Educational Forums
The SUN ‘n FUN Educational Forums has been an event staple for many years, and offer our guests a variety of aviation-related topics to choose from during their week. The SUN ‘n FUN Educational Forums are held in the Central Florida Aerospace Academy (CFAA), our onsite aerospace-based high school, utilizing 75% of the air-conditioned classroom space in the facility.
Are You Interested in Presenting an Educational Forum?
Would you like to contribute to the diverse topics of educational information shared throughout the week of the SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo? Presenters come from all over the country to share information, offer guidance, and add to the overall value of your time here at SUN ‘n FUN. Presenters share their experience and knowledge on many aviation topics from Alpha-Zulu. If you would like to become a presenter, more than 400 presentation spaces are offered, and registering is easy! Click on the SUN ‘n FUN Educational Forums button below.
To view current forum space availability, click on the 2025 Forum Schedule button below and search for “Forum – Not Currently Scheduled “. All forum presentations will be uploaded to our full SUN ‘n FUN Daily Schedule. Presenters are encouraged to bring their personal laptop computer if an electronic presentation is planned during your scheduled event.
Presenters are NOT permitted to promote or sell any product or service during the scheduled presentation. EDUCATIONAL FORUMS cannot be used in place of an exhibit space purchase, this is strictly an educational opportunity for our guests to enjoy.
Future ‘n Flight Forums
The Future ‘n Flight Forum tent is in the Future ‘n Flight Plaza, surrounded by our Career Fair, Innovations Showcase, Flight Sim Experience Center, and Junior ACES STEM Activities. If you have a forum topic that focuses on one of these categories, the Future ‘n Flight Forums Tent is the perfect place to reach your audience. Presentation space will be limited. Your Future ‘n Flight Forum participation and schedule will be confirmed by the Future ‘n Flight Forums scheduler.

STOL Basecamp Forums
Located in the heart of the Bushwheel Basecamp on the Southwest Corner of James C. Ray & Echo One, the STOL Basecamp Forum Tent is your hub for all things STOL (Short Takeoff and Landing) and backcountry aviation. Easily accessible by taking the Blue Tram to Tram Stop 12, this space offers a variety of engaging presentations and discussions tailored for aviation enthusiasts and professionals alike.
