When you fly into SUN ’n FUN this year, make your first stop the Pilot Welcome Center, proudly sponsored by our great friends at Phillips 66. The Pilot Welcome Center is located at The Island — the official Chillax Hub on airside — making it the perfect place for pilots to relax, recharge, and get the most out of their fly-in experience.

After you arrive, stop by to take a break. One of our friendly staff members will be there to welcome you, answer your questions, and help you make the most of your time at SUN ’n FUN.

There’s a lot happening at the Pilot Welcome Center this year, including:

  • Crewchief Systems returning with their popular Crewchief Pilot Xpress Concierge service (Pre-registration will be available soon!)
  • NEW! The Boeing Patio, where you can enjoy Coffee Talks throughout the week.
  • A comfortable place to relax and connect with fellow pilots.
  • Complimentary Coffee provided by Legendary Aviation Coffee
  • Refreshing Callaway Blue water available

While you’re there, be sure to sign up for the Flying Style Pilot Program sponsored by RTX. For the first time this year, registration will be completely digital, so you won’t have to spend time filling out paperwork.

Pilots who sign up will receive an Americana Swag Bag, packed with great items including:
