Registration
SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo Field Trips are self-guided and offered Tuesday – Friday, April 6-9, 2027
- Free for students in grades K-12, minimum group size of 15 students.
- Includes public, private, charter, and homeschools.
- $35 adult chaperones.
- 1 chaperone per 10 students required.
- Includes: Daily Airshow, Future ‘n Flight Plaza, Skylab Innovation Center, & Youth Symposium.
Changes to registrations cannot be made after March 22, 2027. Email [email protected] for any additional changes.
Planning Your Day
2027 Daily Airshow Schedule:
- Tuesday, April 6 begins at 1:00 pm
- Wednesday, April 7 begins at 4:00 pm
- Thursday, April 8, begins at 1:00 pm
- Friday, April 9, begins at 4:00 pm. The Pilot Symposium with the Blue Angels is at 11:30 am.

Field Trip reservations are closed.
Lunch
- Purchase from an Expo vendor, or from Planes Parents at CFAA.
- Bring your own. Pack school lunches in coolers with the school’s name written on the side. Coolers will be stored at the drop-off location.
- Picnic tables and other seating is located near Central Florida Aerospace Academy (CFAA).
Parking
For Buses:
- All bus drop-offs are at Central Florida Aerospace Academy.
- For groups leaving before 6 pm, pick-ups are at Central Florida Aerospace Academy.
- Buses staying later than 6 pm will use Overflow (Lot 2).
- Bus parking is free at CFAA and Lot 2.
For Cars:
- Prepay for your parking pass prior to arrival.
- Park in general admission parking Lot 1. See map.
- Any students or chaperones meeting a bus must park in Lot 1.

Wristbands
If your group is arriving by bus:
- Your personalized packets with your wristbands will be provided to you at the Central Florida Aerospace Academy upon drop-off.
If your group is arriving by car:
- Your personalized packets with your wristbands will be at Jo Alcott Main Registration Will Call window #2.
If some of your group are arriving by car and others by bus:
- You must have your wristband to get on airshow grounds.
- All wristbands will be given to the lead teacher at the bus drop-off location.
- The lead teacher will need to have someone meet the rest of the group at Jo Alcott Main Registration to provide them with their wristbands. We encourage groups to either ALL arrive by bus or ALL arrive by car.
