The Innovation Showcase returns to turn up the fun at SUN ‘n FUN 2026!

We have a limited number of indoor, air conditioned exhibit spaces reserved for cutting-edge aviation companies with emerging and innovative technology.

Exhibit space is offered at a discounted rate for 1st and 2nd year exhibitors.

We are looking for new discoveries, inventions and emerging technologies that will appeal to SUN ‘n FUN aviation enthusiasts, pilots and industry professionals.

Approved exhibitors of SUN ‘n FUN Innovation Showcase will be provided:

  • Exhibit space in the Innovation Showcase at SUN ‘n FUN, located in the Future ‘n Flight Plaza
  • One exhibitor weekly parking pass
  • Four weekly exhibitor admission wristbands for your staff
  • An opportunity to hold forums to present your technology to interested attendees and potential new investors

All participants will be required to abide by all standard exhibitor requirements. The most notable of which is the display area is to be manned by at least two representatives during all expo open hours for each day of the expo, Tuesday through Sunday. Setup is to be completed by the Monday preceding the expo. Should the participant have a flying prototype they want to demonstrate at the expo they must follow and adhere to all standard safety requirements, both FAA and SUN ‘n FUN, as all other flying participants.

SUN ‘n FUN will promote each participant by publishing their press releases, approved logos, and links to the SUN ‘n FUN website. This is in no way an exclusive arrangement but guidelines for participating in the innovation showcase.
