Are You Interested in Presenting a Forum during SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo 2026?

You are invited to contribute to the diverse offerings of aviation-related topics throughout the week of SUN ‘n FUN providing our guests with the opportunity to enjoy various educational opportunities. Our presentations provide information on everything from A to Z.

A presenter may not promote or sell any product or service during the scheduled presentation. EDUCATIONAL FORUMS cannot be used in place of an exhibit space purchase, this is strictly an educational opportunity for our guests to experience.

If you are knowledgeable on an aviation topic and would like to share with your fellow aviators and SUN ‘n FUN guests, please complete the form below. Once we begin compiling the schedule, we will contact you if we have questions regarding your topic or schedule request.

Once you have submitted your registration successfully, you will receive an email confirming your submission. Please make sure the email provided on the registration is accurate. If a confirmation email is not received, SUN ‘n FUN did not receive your submission. Please check your junk mail, try another browser or method to resubmit your registration. After trying all the above suggestions with no results, please contact us.

Forum Schedule Details

Please remember that our forums experience is not a sales or promotional opportunity, education-based forums only. Thank you!
You may present this forum up to six times during the convention week, however if you choose to present more than four presentations, the two additional forums must be scheduled on either Tuesday and/or Sunday. You are limited to four forums from Wednesday through Saturday.

NOTE: Presenters are encouraged to bring their personal laptop computer if an electronic presentation is planned during your scheduled event. Internet access is very limited, if your presentation requires internet access, please bring a hotspot to make a connection.
