SUN n’ FUN may seem like an unusual choice for an event, but that unique aspect is also what makes it so original and memorable.
WHAT QUESTIONS SHOULD YOU ASK PRIOR TO BOOKING?
- How far in advance should I reserve/book the venue?
As soon as possible, especially during our season, October through May, when spaces book up quickly with repeat events and newly contracted events. - What does the venue cost?
Depending on the venue space, our facility rental fees vary per building. - When do I pay?
SUN ‘n FUN requires a refundable security deposit, along with an advance payment at time of booking. Typically, all fees for an event will be paid at least 30 days in advance. - Who can decorate the venue?
The client, and/or their decorator may decorate the venue space – although we do have restrictions on confetti, and other décor elements that project light into the night sky. - What setup operations will SUN ‘n FUN provide for my event?
SUN ‘n FUN Expo Campus typically provides set-up and break-down (strike) for all equipment ordered.
WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE PRIOR TO BOOKING?
- What type of event are you hosting?
Most events fall under a few categories – social, corporate, non-profit, government, or educational. Social events include weddings, shower, birthday parties, corporate events are often awards ceremonies, training, team-building, and retreats. Non-profit events are usually fundraisers. - How many people do you anticipate will attend?
This will be your “best guess” as to how many people you expect to attend, not how many people are being sent invitations. For events with food & beverage, guest counts are typically due 7 days prior to the event date, and cannot decrease. We will work together with you on these numbers. - Will this event be indoors, outdoors, or both?
Hosting an event that has outdoor and indoor elements are becoming more popular. Let us help you plan your event maximizing all of our spaces. - Will you require food and beverage?
All food & beverage must be secured and arranged with one of our Preferred Partners.
