Thank you for your interest in becoming a Vendor at the Inaugural SUN ‘n FUN Flightoberfest and the 2nd Annual Pumpkin Dash 5K! This year’s event will feature multiple craft breweries, live music, local vendors, food trucks, Kid Zone, and lots of aircraft displays.
We are offering 10×10 vendor space for $25 at our new Flightoberfest – craft beer festival.

Exhibitor General Information, Rules, and Regulations
Schedule:
7:00 AM 5K Registration and Packet Pickup
9:00 AM Race Starts
10:15 AM (Approx.) 5k Awards
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Flightoberfest begins, exhibitors, food trucks, kids zone, & airplane displays.
3:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the craft beer will start flowing and the bands will start playing!
Exhibitors will close shop at 5:00pm, but everything else will keep going until closing time at 9:00 PM.
Exhibit Opportunities:
- Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (may stay open until 9:00 PM if desired) in the Future In Flight Area, $25.
Flightoberfest and Pumpkin Dash 5K Exhibitors will be set up in the Future In Flight outdoor area, this is the location for the start and finish of the 5k and the Flightoberfest.
Each Exhibitor is provided with a 10’x10’ space which can accommodate a 10’x10’ tent.
Exhibitors need to provide their own set up, including tent, weights, chairs, and tables for displaying merchandise and/or promotional materials.
Exhibitors understand that they are responsible for all needed display props, including table / chairs / hanging materials, etc.
All tents MUST be anchored with weights on all legs. If a tent has no weights, you will be asked to take it down, due to liability issues.
Electric hookups are not available.
The Festival will continue until 9:00 PM, Exhibitors can breakdown at 5:00 PM but may stay open until 9:00 PM if desired.
Set Up and Break Down
SUN ‘n FUN Volunteers will be present to direct vendors to their assigned area for set-up beginning Friday, November 15, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Saturday, November 16, 2024 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM. The 5k will begin at 9:00 AM, exhibitors cannot move through the running path between 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM, please plan to have your booth setup no later than 8:00 AM to avoid conflict with the 5k running path.
Breakdown of booths will begin at 5:00 PM or immediately after the event ends on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 9:00 PM.
Sharing
Exhibitors are NOT allowed to share booth spaces; all are welcome, but they must register for their own booth space.
Prohibited Items
Exhibitors are restricted from selling food, alcohol, live animals, or items considered to be of a dangerous or destructive nature (examples: weapons, fireworks, laser pointers, etc.). Exhibitor approval is at SUN ‘n FUN’s discretion.
Forms of Payment
All participating vendors are required to accept both cash and credit card payments, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be advised that Wi-Fi is available but NOT guaranteed, so please plan accordingly.
Taxes
Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting the state sales tax and filing a report with the local Department of Revenue. For any questions or more information, please contact your accountant or the local Department of revenue; our staff is not certified to provide or answer any tax related questions.
